Support is based on your agreed care plan. Clinical tasks are performed only by appropriately qualified personnel. We may adjust staffing to maintain safe coverage.
Confirmations are sent in writing. Please give at least 24 hours’ notice for schedule changes or cancellations to avoid fees.
Rates are confirmed before services begin. Invoices are payable upon receipt unless otherwise agreed. Late or unpaid invoices may pause services.
